Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging, including any accessories, tags, manuals, or inserts.
  • A valid proof of purchase, such as your order confirmation or receipt, is required.

Please note that certain products may not qualify for returns, including personalized items, clearance products, or opened consumable goods.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please contact our support team at contact@flexloop.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return request.

Once your return request is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions along with the return shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior authorization.

Refund Process

After receiving and inspecting your returned item, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, refunds will typically be processed within 5–7 business days and credited back to your original payment method.

Please note:

  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • Orders that qualified for free shipping may have a small shipping deduction applied to the refund amount.

Exchanges

At this time, Flex Loop does not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, size, or variation, please return the original item and place a new order separately.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of the packaging and shipping label

Once reviewed, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or used products
  • Personalized or custom-made items
  • Clearance or final sale products
  • Gift cards
